Mr. Daniel Bowe is the Director of Operations for ARROW SECURITY™. Mr. Bowe is essentially the hub of daily operations of ARROW SECURITY™ and effectively conquers the many challenges that arise on a daily basis within ARROW SECURITY’S™ operational structure.
Mr. Bowe has significant experience in both the Security industry and management prior to joining the ARROW SECURITY™ team.
Mr. Bowe is responsible for improving company efficiency and effectively restructuring the procedures and policies comprising the operational composition of the organization. He ensures that the business procedures are functioning in a smooth manner while overseeing the guards, employees and field supervisors. As a cornerstone of the organization, Mr. Bowe continues to advance the corporation in a direction that clearly distinguishes ARROW SECURITY™ as a leading contender in the security industry.

Mr. Joseph Hirsch is ARROW SECURITY’S™ Vice President of Business Development. Having a successful track record in Client acquisition and integration, Mr. Hirsch has greatly contributed to the notable growth and development of ARROW SECURITY™ .

Ensuring the delivery of quality in all of ARROW SECURITY’S™ services, Mr. Hirsch flawlessly coordinates and directs new Client transitions. By promoting various Client and employee retention initiatives, Mr. Hirsch has increased the company’s performance standards encouraging both positive Client relationships and a constructive work ethic amongst employees. Mr. Hirsch is also responsible for the positive Public Relation efforts and keeps his finger on the pulse of emerging security trends, coordinating efforts with federal, state and local law enforcement agencies as well as the secret service. With a background that exercises & utilizes military intelligence for the public sector and national security for the private sector, his vigilance and vast knowledge has afforded him superior risk management skills as he is continuously coordinating corrective measures from investigations conducted on issues such as insurance fraud, theft and related issues.

Ted Marshall brings over 30 years experience to the security and investigation industry.
Ted began his career in the United States Air Force and graduated from the Air Force Security Police Academy. During the Vietnam War, he served with the Combat Security Police K-9 teams protecting U.S. Air Force bases. Stateside, he was assigned to Strategic Air Command protecting Alert B-52 Bombers armed with nuclear weapons. His duties also included transportation and storage protection of nuclear weapons.
After leaving the Air Force Ted completed his degree in Police Science & Criminal Investigation at the University of Illinois, Chicago. After school Ted briefly worked for a detective agency in the Chicago area before returning to his home state of Florida.
In 1981 Ted returned to Tampa Florida and began what has become an illustrious 30-year career providing security and investigative services in Tampa across Florida and nation wide. Ted is a State Certified and Nationally Certified K License Firearm Instructor.
